Pi Coin Tumbles Past Vital Barriers as Holders Await Today’s Big Reveal πŸ•·οΈπŸŒ‘

Pi Network’s native token soared back up over the past few days before getting yanked right back below the sturdy 0.09 support level. The project’s huge community is buzzing for fresh details on that next protocol upgrade which is the second to last one ever.

Pi Drops Hard Once More πŸŒ‘

After a brutal July full of new record lows like that 0.07 dip mid month Pi kicked off August with fresh rebound energy. It paused around 0.088 then slid toward 0.08 but that floor held firm and the token launched on a solid climb. By August 6 it cleared past 0.09 and even touched above 0.096. Hope ran high for a push to the big 0.10 mark yet it faced rejection and slipped under 0.09 again last Friday. Bulls fought back over the weekend to retake the line with a Sunday peak at 0.094.
Bears stayed lurking though and halted the northward push within hours. Pi got stopped at 0.092 then broke under the key 0.09 support dropping to 0.084 before buyers stepped in to nudge it back to 0.086 right now.

Major Upgrade Deadline Hits πŸ•ΈοΈ

Beyond the price swings Pioneers are focused today on that second to last protocol upgrade called version 26 set for completion by August 11. Core Team reminded Mainnet Nodes to switch to the new version by today or face network disconnection. They have stressed how version 26 serves as the final step before the ultimate jump to version 27 after eight smooth migrations already this year. Some prior upgrades rolled out without big fanfare so version 26 might follow suit with little social media buzz at this moment.
