Bitcoinβs price tried pushing past 64000 but the bears stepped in to halt the momentum πΈοΈ it lingers near that threshold this Saturday morning. Larger cap alts mostly scraped minor gains in the last day with ADA and HYPE each climbing around 3 percent while XMR took a sharp plunge.
BTC Calms at $64K
The top crypto shrugged off that brutal early June drop which bottomed at 59100 before clawing back toward 64000 by June 8. Fresh tensions across the US Iran front plus hotter than expected May CPI figures threw cold water on the rebound attempt. BTC slipped below 61000 multiple times yet held firm and eyed a stronger climb with a peak near 64500 before the pullback left it trading just under 64000. Market cap sits close to 1.280 trillion while dominance ticked up to 56.4 percent.

XMR Dumps
Ethereum edges nearer to 1700 after another slight lift with BNB XRP and TRX tagging along under 1 percent. DOGE and SOL posted 1.6 to 1.7 percent moves while HYPE surged over 3 percent to 59. Cardano keeps grinding higher up 3 percent past 0.17 after the recent bloodbath. XMR meanwhile wiped out its weekly gains dropping more than 12 percent to 340. NEAR and ZEC sit slightly lower but BEAT TAO and ICP ripped gains up to 11 percent. Total market cap holds steady near 2.270 trillion.
