Ethereum has been chilling near 2.5K after that wild bounce from the summer lows fr. The whole setup looks way stronger now but ETH is hitting some serious resistance rn and how it handles this zone will decide if the pump keeps going higher or not. 🖤
Daily Chart Vibes End Of The Line 🕸️
The daily shows a killer recovery straight from the 1.5K zone. ETH grabbed back the 1.9K level and smashed through those dropping 100-day and 200-day moving averages that kept things locked down earlier this year.
Once it ripped past 1.9K the price went almost straight up vertically lmao. Right now it sits around 2.43K and is just consolidating right under 2.5K. Those moving averages flipped bullish and started rising tho they still need that crossover to confirm.
A clean daily close above 2.5K would make the bull case even stronger and open the door to the next big wall near 3K. Past that the heavy supply sits around 3.3K.
Downside the 2K area acts like the first real structural floor since it marks where everything started and below that 1.9K stays the key level to defend because it is the base of this whole parabolic move. Dropping under there would seriously weaken the recovery and maybe drag price back toward 1.5K messing with the mid-term outlook. 👀
4-Hour Battle Zone Check 💀
On the 4-hour ETH is stuck in a tight sideways range right at 2.5K turning it into the main fight between buyers and sellers. Price keeps tapping the top of that range but never sustains the breakout so supply is clearly hanging around there.
Still as long as it holds the bottom of this consolidation it looks like a nice continuation setup after the sharp upside move. Breaking cleanly above 2.5K could spark the next leg toward 3K and beyond. 🚀
If it loses the lower edge the odds of a deeper pullback rise fast. The 2.25K bullish order block is the next short-term support to watch. Sliding under that toward 2K would not kill the bigger recovery but it would mean ETH needs extra time to build fresh momentum before trying another breakout.
On-Chain Activity Surge Time 🕷️
The transaction count chart reveals a nice lift in Ethereum network use compared to last year. Total transactions just pushed past 2M marking a strong rebound from around 1.5M around this time in 2025.
This spike lines up perfectly with ETH forming its bottom and climbing back to 2.5K. Rising activity paired with higher prices usually paints a healthier picture than a rally happening while the network stays quiet.
That said the jump needs a careful read because it could also signal holders cashing out profits worried about another dip. Even so the on-chain signals are clearly getting better instead of screaming full on expansion yet. 💸
