Yet even with all the executive optimism investors and traders stay split or outright doubtful on the asset itself. CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost noted on Thursday the crypto market is stuck in total indecision. Assets like ETH sit in a fragile spot amid US-Iran swings and possible Fed rate hikes this year. The slightest fluctuation can spark panic sells like when ETH tested the $1,500 level. 💀

Panic selling won out again over the past 24 hours with the asset dropping 1.8% to $1,720 in Thursday morning Asian trading. ETH met rejection at $1,800 three times this week and now sits at a weekly low ready to slip below $1,700 unless broader momentum shifts. Zooming out it rests at a bear market bottom down 65% from its peak.
Analyst Cryptollica said ETH has spent years below the 2021 high failed multiple reclaim attempts reset sentiment and returned to the same exhaustion zone for the third time. This is late compression not early distribution. If the zone holds the next move could surprise those still calling it weakness.
